Horizontal axis type measuring instrument

Structural design
The machine uses a high-precision granite body and frame, providing good stability.
High-precision shock-absorbing pads can convert mechanical vibration energy into heat for dissipation, thereby reducing vibration transmission.
Using movable high-precision double V-block support and tailstock fixing method, it allows for quick clamping from above the measuring instrument, facilitating loading and unloading.
Optical system: Utilises a large field of view telecentric transmitted light source and double telecentric lenses, paired with a 25-megapixel high-resolution industrial area scan camera, responsible for overall workpiece dimension measurement, such as step/shaft shoulder length, arcs, diameters, etc., with fast measurement speed and high accuracy.
Modular configuration: primarily based on a horizontal optical imaging system, supplemented by optical sensors, contact probes, roughness modules, and inner diameter inspection modules, allowing data collected from different sensors to be accurately converted to the same coordinate system (usually based on the rotational centre axis), enabling the measurement of keyways, cams, roughness, inner diameters and other parameters.

·Inner diameter measurement
The laser measurement sensor accurately measures the internal geometry of holes, pipes, containers and other cavities. The radial laser scans the internal surface of the cavity in 360° geometry, enabling fast and precise scanning of the interior, achieving complete 3D measurement of the internal diameter, ovality, defects and more (for inner diameters not less than 60mm).
·Internal thread measurement
Equipped with an automated thread measurement probe and a standard thread gauge holder, using a torque measurement method, suitable for M5-M20 left and right threads, supporting a maximum measurement length of 50mm, capable of gauge accuracy verification, internal thread passability testing, and thread depth measurement, suitable for detecting internal threads at shaft ends and other locations.
Dedicated measurement software (Haycise)
Haycise measurement software is dedicated software for shaft measurement instruments. It is powerful and easy to use, capable of performing excellently in various complex measurement tasks, making it an ideal tool for improving production and inspection efficiency. Its interface design is simple and intuitive, easy to learn and operate. It uses advanced algorithms to ensure high precision and reliability of measurement results. The combination of physical buttons and software operation provides dual convenience, allowing quick scanning of workpieces.

It can also seamlessly connect with robots to achieve automatic loading and unloading, improving production efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
