  • Structural design

    The equipment workbench is made of stable, integral high-quality granite, providing high-precision operational accuracy.

  • Core function

    • Multi-parameter geometric measurement: It can fully automatically measure the core parameters of various tools, such as the diameter and length of milling cutters and drills, as well as complex geometric parameters like arc radius, included angle, and main deflection angle.

    • Cutting edge and wear detection: With high-resolution optical components and image processing technology, it can automatically identify the shape of the cutting edge, enlarge and clearly display the cutting edge, detect defects such as edge chipping and wear, and can also detect parameters such as radius and angle through reflected light.

    • Special tool adaptation measurement: The modular design allows it to accommodate measurements of non-standard tools, long tools, and micro tools. Some models are equipped with a dedicated clamping system, enabling both conventional tool measurement and pre-adjustment measurement of long tools

  • Compatible tool types

    01  Conventional general-purpose metalworking tools: covering the most commonly used basic tools in machining, including milling cutters, drills, turning tools, and countersinks.

    02  Thread machining related tools: various tools specially suited for thread machining scenarios, with taps being a typical example.

    03  Non-standard and composite tools: For customised non-standard tools in industrial production, as well as composite tools integrating multiple cutting functions, their modular design paired with multi-degree-of-freedom adjustable fixtures can stably hold such irregularly shaped tools.

    04  Micro and high-precision specialised cutting tools: Suitable for micro tools with diameters as small as 0.05mm, these tools are often used in the machining of precision components, and the tool setter can accurately record measurement data for fine parameters such as the cutting edge radius; it is also compatible with ball nose tools and other high-precision form tools.

    05  Multi-edged and tool holder compatible tools: For multi-edged tools held by BT40 and BT50 tool holders, the tool management function can record parameters such as radial and axial runout of the tool tip and step differences.
