  • Core measurement functionality

    01 Measure key dimensions of the cutting tool, including the length from the tip to the reference surface of the tool shank, the tool radius/diameter, and the blade runout.

    02  Check the tool angle parameters, such as the rake angle, relief angle, main deflection angle, and secondary deflection angle.

    03  Inspect the appearance of the tools for defects, such as chipping, notches, wear and other issues.

  • Auxiliary practical functions

    01  Preset compensation parameters allow measurement data to be directly input into the machine tool system or transmitted via a data interface, reducing on-machine trial cutting time.

    02  Perform unified reference calibration on the tool magazine tools to ensure dimensional consistency when machining with multiple tools.

    03  Some high-end models support tool parameter storage, traceability, and integration with CAD/CAM systems.

    The equipment workbench is made of stable, integral high-quality granite, providing high-precision operational accuracy.

    Equipment control system: 2-axis independent manual operation for each axis, using electromagnetic quick buttons for rapid movement, and manual handwheels for slow, precise movement, with two motion modes: 'fast' and 'slow'.

    ·The software includes multiple languages and allows for easy language switching.

    ·Quickly measure elements such as straight lines, circles, arcs, distances, angles, etc.

    ·The software features boundary image tracking technology, calculating results in real time by following changes in the arcs or lines of the tool boundary.

    ·Having a blade alignment tool makes it easy to align the blade.

    ·Measurement recording function with the largest entity contour, recording the maximum contour boundary of the blade;

    ·Manual touchscreen operation

    ·Images can be stored and archived.
